Was out yesterday morning and didnt see a thing. Funny how things can change in just a few days. Sunday morning i was covered in bucks, Tuesday morning i couldnt even catch a glimpse of a deer. Went back out yesterday afternoon around 1pm just for a drive around the area i hunt and had a 4 point run in front of me, and seen 3 other does. Guess midday was the time to be out yesterday. I might get out one last time with the bow on friday morning, but it's looking like my deer will have to come with the gun this year.

I own some ground in Jenntucky. THere are a lot of nice ones there.

My Fiances Grand Parents own alot of land in Jenntucky. They just dont allow people to hunt on it. :( Im hoping they will let me bow hunt on it though. I saw 2 bucks fighting the other day when we were out there and saw 3 more on the way home chasing does! I am keeping my fingers crossed!

HeyParrot Head you live around seymour, Just wondering I grew up there and now live just outside columbus. I still have not got one yet but hopefully soon. I think I will hunt this weekend with a gun just because opening weekend but after that I think I will still use my bow so I don't have to buy another deer tag.

yes but only ten years later in 99. I hunt around reddington. I saw 11 this morning but hit a tree. One of these days I will get that deer with a bow. plan on hunting this weekend with gun but rest with bow.
