Where to go - NE iowa

My dads 2 buddies drew iowa deer tags for the northeastern part of the state but dont really know where to hunt. Theyve never hunted around there before. I figured i might as well help them out by trying to find places to hunt. Im not sure of the zone right now but ill see if i can find it. Does anyone know of any good spots to hunt in this area? Is the yellow river state forest any good? thanks

I live in N.E. Iowa a little over an hour from Debuque-have a friend that Bowhunts Turkey, Deer in Yellow River & does very well. It's a couple hours for me & I bowhunt closer to home. Don't know anything about the Volga Park. If I was closer I would give Yellow River a try for sure.I read an article about Public Bowhunting Deer last year(Iowa state Mag.) & Yellow River was rated in the top
