They would sell these if they'd ever eliminate that silly rule taking away a guy's preference points. No states I know do this except Kansas.

i wish that kansas would get rid of the nonresident tags! I heard that next year kansas is gonna let nonresidents come in and buy a tag otc, i hope that i heard wrong, I dont want kansas to be like other states that let nonresidents walk in and but otc tags, now thay have small bucks and fewer deer. I own 4000 acres in kansas and wish they would not let any nonresidents in

That's a real nice thought, why don't all states do that and not let any non-residents in. Pretty harsh if you ask me. Keep it to one buck period every year and even put antler restrictions on and the bucks will still be good in KS. Plus if they leave there prices as high as they are not to many average Joe's will be coming anyway.
