Antler's are Growing In Michigan

Have noticed some bucks with 3-4 inches of growth already and that was about 8-10 days ago. Saw this in Northern Michigan, anyone else noticing any horns developing?

I was out early this morning & I saw a small hurd of deer walking in the marsh.
Used my binoc's to get a better look & three of them had some growth extending past the ear's.
