Default Turkey's in Michigan starting to break up

I have noticed in the last week that the birds are starting to break up and leaving the farms etc. I have a cabin in Northern Michigan and noticed the turkey's are just starting to show up in my immediate area. I am going up this weekend again to do some work and hoping to see a Tom or 2 hanging around.

MY brother was just up this past weekend and there was 2 feet of snow! We are in Johannesburg! Cold and windy, he did see a few birds. Too much snow still! Good luck fellas!

The snow here is completely gone...little cold but is getting better everyday..I live in Caro Michigan which is called the Thumb. And there is no snow in Tawas either which is about 95 miles north of me. The Upper Peninsula got some snow about a week and a half ago. They haven't really had alotall winteruntil now. Hopefullywe will be seeingwarm days shortly!!! Troy
