went out tonight... didn't see a thing. :( I was sitting in my stand thinking the same thing... there isn't much food around where we are, especially with snow cover on the ground... I was thinking they must have moved somewhere where they could store up for the coming months.

I'm thinking,if you and hubby are huntin the same 4 acres everyday, they have you patterened and avoid the area of the stand.
A) hunt somewhere wlse for a while
B) change the stand location as far as possible from where it is now

It sounds like you've been chasing them around 4 acres since..what October (bowseason)?? They are a little wiser critters than that.

Well, it sure would be nice to be able to hunt every day... unfortunately we are lucky if we can go 4 days a month.:( Bowhunted about 6 times and gun hunted about the same. We have two little ones, the only chance we get to hunt is the weekends they are at their dads, which is every other weekend. With the way the weather has been, we haven't even gotten much of that in! So, I'm guessing they don't have us patterned, but I could be wrong... stranger things have happened. ;)

I
