Are electronic calls illegal in IL?

I know that electronic calls are illegal to use on waterfowl but I was wondering if they are illegal for deer also. Anyone help me out?

Here's the digest for hunting/trapping regulations, as far as I can see there is nothing about electronic calling, but you might want to check with a warden on this one. I know you can for coyotes, but I dont know about deer.
