The deer in the post right before this one is the same deer as my avatar. Thepicture in the previous post was taken in 2003 and my avatar picture was taken in 2004. I killed the deer last December. I have seen several other youngerdeer with wide racks since then.Here is a pic from a few days ago. He will be a dandy in 1 or 2 more years if my neighbors dont get him first. The only way to get large racks is to let the small ones walk and not to disturb their bedding areas during hunting season.This wouldnt be a problem if everyone in the area would practice QDM, but they don't.
