Place to Hunt in Ohio
 
Hey guys I am thinking about going out to Ohio and try some Deer hunting on my ownthis year. Any info y'all could share about public land orleases would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to focus on Southeast Ohio. Go to the DNR website and do some research. There is a lot of public land in that area of the state. Other than high fence operations, you won't find much from a guiding perspective.

Try picking some counties and then calling the local game warden. There in the back of the regs.

there is a ton of land in the southern ohio area open to public hunting pick a spot and start scouting
