I hunt in Vermillion, Crawford, and Pope counties in IL. Also make a trip to Missouri yearly.

My turn - I live just south of Champaign, in Pesotum. I hunt Champaign, Douglas, Piatt, Richland, and Williamson. Looking at some great land to purchase in Pike County - not sure I want to drive that far though since I have big deer all around me here ;)

I didn't last year, but I have been by there the year before. I stay at the cabin on the blacktop. Didn't one of your guys kill one that was like 24 inches wide 2 years ago?

I'm Lou's son, Aaron. Don't know if you met me or not. Yes sir, my uncle Dennyfrom Houston killed one with a 25 3/4" spread and I got to take the photo with it in the back of the truck at the processer because he couldn't be there;)A friend of ours got a really nice 8-point last year with us. The cabin on the blacktop.....whereabouts?

mayfields cabin, on the south side of the river about 2 miles west from the processor. There are a couple of hills on the blacktop and its right past those.
