You may want to try one of the midwestern states that doesn't have a draw. Wisconsin is one of the top producers of trophie bucks, I think Kentuckey is over the counter too. If you cant find a good place in Wisconsin, there are some awesome public areas if you research the hunting pressure and areas. Tags are about $135
