I am up north west of you, north of Saint Joseph. I haven't been out yet,(work) but a few of my buddies are keeping me posted on what they are seeing. Starting to get a few rubs, and quite a few anxious hunters. If it gets as cool as you say it might, that will kick my hunting fever in the butt a bit!!!!
Good Luck to All!!!!

Yeah the temps have the deer moving in Mansfield, MO. I set out my game camera last Friday, and checked it saturday after a cold front passed through/ there was a full moon on the rise. It took five pictures in one night. It's still out there lets hope I have a few bucks in the area. Saw 5 does yesterday afternoon crossing the road in daylight.
Rut looks like it will be late October, and late November from the rut forecasts. This is good news for bowhunters.
