Illinois get together?
 

Just an informal poll, but if I wanted to put together a get together here in N. IL, how many folks would be intrested? Not a giant thing, just an afternoon & evening of BBQ, horseshoes, BS, etc.
(I'm sure the BS would be the main thing, right?)

Depending on when it was, my wife and I would probably come. The summer time is always very busy for us though. Between vacations, work, and other activities we keep pretty busy. But if it is open, we would proably make it.

Why don't you guys just come up to the Benefit 4 Kids/HuntingNet.com 3-D shoot we're having in August? Raffles, auction, prizes, giveaways, big roast, 3-d shooting, etc etc.

I'll even give away a few personally autographed HuntingNet hats to some lucky individuals.

Same here if it dont get into the later part of August Elk season starts the 25th.

I was thinking sometime after the summer heats passes. Maybe the weekend of National Hunting & Fishing Days at Silver Springs SP. I think its Sept 24/25 this year, but not sure.
