I dont interact a lot on this forum but I sure do read and learn a lot from everyone on here. I know Cayugad was very respected and will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.

I was wondering where he was. It was a while since I saw him here. I believe he was a good man and although he will be missed and he really enjoyed shooting his muzzys that he is now with our Lord.

I don't stop in here often but I hate reading this about Cayugad. I remember him from over the years.
R.I.P. Friend until we meet again.

A class act. Like others have said- he never got into meaningless bickering but was always willing to give great advice and in a very knowledgeable way.May the Lord grant him the back 40 of heaven with lots of game and a place where he is eternally happy.

Rest in peace Dave, (Cayugad)...

Although I may not always agree with what Dave had to say, I had a tremendous amount of respect for the man himself and his seemingly unending knowledge of black powder firearms. We had a conversation via PM about a single shot Remington bolt action .22 rifle I was restoring because it was the same model he learned to hunt with. I told him I would send him a pic of the gun after it was finished, but I never did. Wish I would have... it probably would have brought back a few pleasant memories for him.

RIP Dave, you will be missed by all who had the good grace of sharing conversation with you here on the forum.
