Recently leased 1,105 contiguous acres in Edgefield County, SC. Prior to that, the land has been under QDM for 10 years with very selective harvest. It will now be managed by a Certified Wildlife Biologist. This tract offers excellent deer and turkey hunting. Limited to 5 members total. A member is allowed 2 bucks, 4 does, and 3 gobblers. Shooter buck must be 4.5 years or older. Dues cover lease, insurance, winter food plots, hunting rights, minerals, and year round access. Privately owned timberland. Contiguous acreage. Quality habitat. Landscape is a patchwork of first-thinned pines, second-thinned pines, natural mixed pine-hardwood, and mature hardwoods. One major creek. Archery or firearm allowed. Candidates must be proficient at judging mature bucks on the hoof. Annual dues are $4500 per person.
