Dues cover lease, food plots, feeder maintenance, cabin utilities, exclusive hunting and fishing rights, and year round access to property. This is a new lease for 2019-20. The property has never been leased and has not been hunted for the past 10 years. Deer density is above average. Excellent deer hunting, turkey hunting and fishing. Will be managed on upper end QDM. This area produces 120-140 class bucks with an occasional 150-class killed. Camp headquarters is a 2BR furnished cabin overlooking a private lake stocked with bass, bream and catfish. Also have a designated RV spot with septic system, water and electricity.
