NEW - 1,600 Acres of Hunting Paradise in NE Georgia
In my professional opinion, this is without question the finest overall hunting property in NE Georgia. Owned by one of the oldest farming families in GA history. The landowner has not permitted it to be hunted for over 20 years. Target rich property for deer, turkey, dove and hogs. Deer numbers are extremely high - 60+ deer per square mile. Landscape is a patchwork of mature timber, CRP, and pasture. Bottomland timber along major creeks. Mixed pine-hardwood stands scattered on upland sites. Pasture and hay fields scattered in between. The layout creates prime wildlife habitat.
Camp area is a secluded spot in the interior of the farm. It has several large barns, covered pavilion equipment sheds, water and electrical hookups. Members can leave campers, UTV and equipment year round. Limited to 6 total members. Dues are $5,000 per person and covers lease, insurance, fall food plots, and mineral sites.
