Looking for land to hunt
 

I'm in the process of searching for some land to hunt in the surrounding areas of Raleigh, NC. Prefer something within about an hour drive, so I am able to work and then go climb a tree in the evenings. Prefer open ag. fields, or very open woods. Let me know what you have and we can figure out prices.

have you tried contacting your game wardens in area's you'd like to hunt, some times they know land owners that allow, or will have issue's with deer damage and that might help you gain access?/
not very often folks will list a pl;ace on an open forum, as if they do, that GOOD place can get crowded fast and be a POOR spot real fast?
