Ibex 2545 acres in hunting reserve of sierra de gredos (spain)
For sell 1.030 hectares (2545 acres) of rural land located in the municipality Navarredonda de Gredos, in the Mountain range of Sierra de Gredos, south of the province of Avila, where youŽll find the greater heights and the most characteristic land formations of the entire Gredos mountains. This property is included in the Regional Hunting Reserve of the Sierra de Gredos, a land declared as Regional Reserve in order to promote and preserve certain species of wildlife, combining this use with the systematic hunting use.
The hunting permits that belong to the owners are awarded in proportion to the area contributing to the Reserve and in this case, the beneficiaries are entitled to dispose of them at will, so they have the possibility to assign, sell or perform them directly.
In addition to this hunting activity, whose main species are the Ibex, and since this natural area thrives with grasslands, this property also counts with a partial exploitation of pasture: three or four months a year, depending on weather conditions. These meadows which have perfectly adapted to the harsh conditions of these heights, making them well sought by local domestic livestock (cattle farming), where, due to the magnitude of the territory, this form of farming has become the main form of economic activity. However, this area is also suitable to all forms of livestock (horses, cow, goats )
