Hey everyone, thought I had this land sold, but the deal fell through when the potential buyer backed out. This is a remote 76 acre parcel near the Como Bluffs in Wyoming on the WyTex Ranch. If you would like the deal of the century, I'll have you fill out transfer to take over the CD I have, which is 10% interest. I would only request $1,000 down payment. There is roughly $15,500 left on the land, which is a steal, as I've paid most of the interest already.
