I have a 1990 16'x60' mobil home in the heart of pheasant country of Aberdeen South Dakota. This home is on a rented lot, central air, two small decks, storage shed, enclosed car port, nice yard with mature trees and is in very good shape being a two owner unit.
I received this home from my father in a estate and I live too far to deal with it as far as rental ect.
I would trade this home for a 2003 or newer 4x4 truck or cash sale of $20,000.
