Missouri Lease
 

Anyone here interested in a lease in North Missouri? We have 800 acres in Livingston County and are wanting to add about three guys. This is big buck country and only mature deer are taken. There will be a total of 6 members on the property. The landowner lives within a mile and keeps a close watch on the property. Camping is allowed. The land consists of corn/soybean fields, CRP, and bottomlands along the Grand River. Waterfowl hunting will be allowed except during the 10 days of rifle season. Members will have year round access including archery season, rifle and muzzleloader, along with turkey, ducks and geese. Missouri tags are over the counter. The price is $1300 per person.

Have you hunted this land before? Or is this a new lease ? And is there stands already on the track ? And how far away do the members live from the track?

This particular lease is a new lease. I have hunted a lease a mile away that was a smaller tract and had good success. All members are non-residents so the area will not be overpressured.
