A few more added notes. The CRP acreage runs out in 2013 and the CREP in 2017. Only family and friends have hunted this party. There is not a lease on either the land or the timber. No logging has been done of any kind. We have ordered an appraisal from a certified forester.

I think they plan on letting family hunt it because a potential lease might hurt the appeal to a potential buyer.
