Located on a maintained county gravel road. perfect for hunting. property is surrounded by private timber company allowing endless hunting and 4 wheeling. 3 bedroom house, laundry room, utility room, 1 1/2 bathrooms, woodstove, finished building in summer 2009. concrete pillar foundation. nice deck off master bedroom with an awesome view but yet private. elementary school and convienant store is about 6 miles away. very comfortable and quiet living.. 1 mile from river access for fishing or swimming. great spot for ramps and morel mushrooms. within a few miles of holly river state park. please call at 304 493 9456.

taxes are 186 a year!
homeowners insurance is 47.00 dollars a month

yes we are thinking about it.. we wanna sell so its cheap and not gonna last long.....know anyone that wants land and a nice house?
