NEW OWNERS WANTED
Our hunting club has 2 openings for new “owners”. Several guys bought a 238 acre farm in ILLINOIS . So, they want to sell their shares in our hunting club. For approx. $30,000, you can be part owner of 183 acres in NW Missouri, Harrison County , 1.5 miles from IOWA . That’s basically $164 per acre…… we have 7 members – 2 = 5 members. So, we can expand again………

For this ownership, you will have full rights to hunt whenever, bring 1 or 2 guests at certain times, keys to cabin, waters, etc. and a legal certificate for 70 shares. This means that you have legal ownership in the corporation. If we would ever sell the entire farm, you would get your share of the money. You are “part owner”. Its yours to use…

We do have By-Laws to follow so no one can abuse the farm, wildlife, etc. You pay $25-$30K for a new pickup and what do you have in 10 yrs? This farm has increased in valve 3x in 13 yrs. I feel it’s a good investment.

Driving from STL? takes 5 hrs. …… Columbia, MO takes 3 hrs., KC, MO takes 2 ½ hrs.

We have wood stove heated cabin that sleeps 8-10, full kitchen, city water, and a full bathroom. Food plots are planted every year. Numerous big bucks have been seen and harvested on property, along w/ trophy gobblers in the spring.
