397 acres for lease

[align=left]open hardwoods, large swampy areas, joins nat. wildlife refugee, flyway for migrating game birds, more deer than you have ever seen anywhere except the canned hunts on TV every sunday. Lease price is same as land rent for farmers planting corn, wheat, and soybeans around the entire perimeter. $45.00 a acre. You will have control of land for 12 months from signing lease, oct 1st to oct 1st. rvs are allowed, and how many people hunt is up to you, but you are responsible for payment and actions of your guests. call tom 585 590 2948 please if you dont want the offer dont waste your time responding and mine by looking at the site. There was so little thought and less common sense in the recent postings i recieved that there is no wonder state game lands have become a dangerous place to hunt. If a man does the math this lease is right in line with any top notch hunting area and cheaper due to the amount of and types of hunting afforded there. Besides that said how truly rude one must be to comment on a subject they know so little about.

And this is in China, India, or New York? You should try a location also. It might peak some interest.

$45.00 per acre x 397= $17.865 for a year? WOW what a deal. It must be in Pike Co.

if ten guys get together on it thats less than 1800.00 a year maybe i should open a welfare office for hunters and give it away. the taxes are 3500.00 and change a year awe never mind keep spending 2000.00 a year in gas to drive to some over hunted piece of land and cry when you dont see a deer or even a track

wow..in Wv that kinda money you can lease 6000 arces or more of quality whitetail areas.......Good luck trying to get that kinda money out of some group of hunters....for 10 hunters, that's less than 40 acres for each.....I hope the area has 150inch monsters running around every 40 acres or so;)
