i am selling 147 acres in rexvillesteuben county ny. there is a 750 sq. ft. cabin on it. the cabin has electric, a well and a septic. i have not killed any buck's younger than 2 1/2 for the last 4 years. i have about 7 acres of food plots planted. 3 acres of it are a clover chicory mix with a ph of 6.9 as of last spring. the rest of the plots are annual's. there is also 100 additional acres that abut's this property that will be for sale. i have leased this property for the last 4 years.

How close is the property to thecity of Corning? what is the gun restrictions (shotgun or centerfire?)

the price is 200,000 for my parcell, and 100,000 for the other 100 acres. i'm not for sure on how far away from corning but i think about an hour and 15 minutes. we are now allowed to use rifle in steuben county.

what were you leaseing it for last year ? i hunted in stuben county and saw alot of nice bucks. I just moved to ithaca so its not that bad of a drive for me.
