Cousin Marty aka 'Mr. Carlyle' went below the dam on Saturday. Got there around noon and shot till 4pm. boated 24 big heads ans one silver. Said the water is low and cloudy, but the fish are there. That is not a bad day by yourself.

Hats off to Mr. Carlyle again. That's a nice afternoon's work. Could he get downstream over the break or was he confined to the upper stream?
