You can try Lake Sangchris for lots of little carp tucked away in the lilly pads. Not sure when the season runs out over there anymore but lots of shoreline to fish.

Worth a try >.< any one els know of any places near me?

Also,
Though the water clarity is not often there, the Sangamon River is home to many rough fish including Asian carp.

Anything is worth a try.... The only way you are going to shoot fish on your couch is if you have the Wii game.... And that even gets boring... Just get out there and start slinging some arrows.... Oh the most important part... Don't come back here and SAY you shot a bunch of fish.........WE NEED PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:happy0157:

Good luck and let us know if you need anymore help....

Brent,
whatever you do, don't get discouraged if you don't see and shoot a lot of fish at this time of year. This is the time typically when the fishing gets real spotty, some days may be OK and other days quite poor. Get your act together and get ready for next year.
