where are sheephead at in illinois?

Sheepshead are usually in the creeks and rivers. They tend to like clearer running water. But I've seen them in lakes too. Haven't shot any in Shelbyville but I have shot them in Clinton.

New common carp entered. 12#.27 Common- 18" girth, 31" length. georgetown lake, with bill K. Also shot a 9# buff, but am not regestering it.

Better get signed up fish are starting to get turned in. so far we got a 52.5 inch long nose gar and a 14.5 pound small mouth buff & 12.27 pound common carp. New member Joe Pike has the gar and buffalo. nice shooting Joe..

just seeing what copy and paste could do to save our old threads on the new forum. Could easily be done but time consuming.
