~ August 28th & 29th 2010 at 9:00am Shotgun Start ~
Shotgun start means you must be here and ready to shoot your 1st target of the competition at 9:00am
NO EXCEPTIONS
So dont be late and come early at 8:00am to get warmed up and register for the shoot
~ Entry Fee $25.00 For All Classes ~
30 Target 3D Course
Lunch And Beverages Will Be Supplied At No Cost For Each Paid Shooter
Free Door Prize Ticket For Every Paid Shooter To Win A New Bow.
~ Long Distance Shot for A Chance To Win A New Bow. ~
Exploding Dot Shot For A Chance To Win Other Archery Prizes.
Prizes To Be Given Away At This Shoot Include: 3 New Compound Bows, Easton Arrows, BowCases, Lighted Arrow Nocks,
Grim Reaper Broadheads, Targets, Hats, Clothing, Quivers, etc
This 3D Shoot is geared towards Bowhunters and is designed to help you prepare for the upcoming season. So be prepared to shoot from Treestands, Groundblinds, kneeling positions, between trees etc.This event is restricted to Bowhunting Setups Only as defined by the Archery Shooters Association with an exception made for the Open Bowhunter class.

Shooting Classes
Bowhunter ( Open To All Ages & Sexes ) Competing To Win A New Mathews Bow...= 35 yard max
Women Bowhunter = ( For The Ladies Only ) .....= 30 yard max
Traditional Bowhunter(Open To All Ages & Sexes = 25 yard max
Youth Bowhunter ( Ages 9 to 15 ) ....................= 25 yard max
Open Bowhunter ( Moveable Single Pin Allowed) - Open To All Ages & Sexes ).= 45 yard max
Following the completion of the 3D Shoot on Sunday there will be a shootoff to determine the winning shooters in each class. The Top Five shooters from each class who are present at the time of the shootoff will be selected to participate.
Driving Directions
Take Interstate I-72 To Monitcello Illinois. Take The Market Street Exit. At The End Of The Off Ramp Take A Left At The Stop Sign. At The Next Stop Sign Take A Right Onto Market Street. At The 1st Stop Light Take A Left On Iron Horse. Follow Iron Horse To Across The Train Tracks. And Enter The Field Where They Are Building The Piatt County Museum. Take A Right In The Field Towards The Porta Pottyand Enter the Field Gate. Drive Down The Edge Of the Corn Field on The Dirt Road Towards The Woods.

Ken, you can shoot on either Saturday or Sunday.... but the shoot-off to determine the winners happens on Sunday. So you could go shoot on Saturday and be done, but if I shot on Saturday, I'd have to drive back down and shoot in the shoot-off on Sunday. Or, I could just go on Sunday and get the whole thing done in one day. heh heh heh..
