AMS Retriever Reel
 

Does anyone have a used AMS Retriever they would like to sell for a reasonable price? I Shot 2 gator gar over 6' long in the last week and couldn't hold onto either one of them. One ran out all of my line and broke my reel seat. It was exciting but I felt sick after.

David, the club has one right-handedslotted retriever reel for sale.It's still in the original package, never used. Shipped to your door it's $67.00 It's the 1062 model (no arrow holder) I think the cheapest you can find them in catalogs is about $77.00.

I often wondered how pulling in a gator gar would work with the an AMS Retriever reel. I suppose you would have to usea float and stick another arrow in it.
