Strap him on the top. He'll be fine. We need Nick to wrangle fish. He's one of the best we got.

working on it. my car blew a head gasket, and he won't drive the truck (stick shift). going to see if he can talk a friend into going who can drive. I don't think he'd fit if I strapped him on top. His feet would still drag the ground.

Fair is tomorrow.
An early thanks to the volunteers coming out.
We're headed down there tonight. We'll be at Pere Marquette State Park by 8am to get things set out.
Volunteers will need to sign in (there's a tent marked for that).Weather is looking good, youmight want to bring sunblock. There should be between 1100 and 1500 kids there. The park provides water and lunch. We close up right a 4pm and then it's off to shoot fish/eat/goof off.
BTW, we have another volunteer opportunity at Lake Carlyle July 24-26th (we'd be down for just one day of those days)to teach kids bowfishing. It's part of the Illinois Federation of Outdoor Resources Kid's Camp. That would be using bowfishing bows shot at the Innerloc and Muzzy foam fish from shore. Looking at about 45-60 kids at that event. Let me know ASAP if you can help then.

That was a good time. If you missed this you missed out on a great time. Although it was real windy on the water we were still able to get a few fish in the boat. My father shot just about 1 of every species and I was able to get a gar and a dogfish. For some reason the dogfish were really active but it was so muddy you had to be drawn when they surfaced.

Want to thank Christine nd Kendall for hauling around all the club stuff from event to event. Also hauling the boat for show and tell. They really support our sport. They are really very good ambassadors for all of us...
