If the weatherman isnt lying it looks like I will be taking the boat out Saturday and Possibly Sunday. I need to get a few days at carlyle so that may be where I go. Anyone have any plans on going out to carlyle this weekend? If so let me know we can do some shootin!!!

Me and the wife were there Tues night. Wasnt a lot of action. The water was so muddy what fish that spooked out all you could see was their wake. We finally found a neck adjacent to deeper water near some houses and found a few gar. All in all it wasnt good at all.

Thanks for the report Barrelslime.
Spencer sent pictures of 40 carp and gar he took out on Carlyle last weekend. One of Dave's buddies shot like 60 carp a couple days ago on Carlyle. Must be a hit or miss kind of lake. ??? What parts did you hit?

The tournament on the 16th will be interesting. I have no idea where to go on that lake.

What all of us don't know is she's been secretly scouting this lake for the last couple of years, just waiting to have a shoot here and whoop everyone.

I might try to come if I'm not in the fields.

You may be correct on the whooping everybody part, but not the scouting part. ;) ;) ;)
