I'm getting the urge
 

Well i started working on my boat and here is what i have accomplished so far. I got my platform on it and my lights mounted. All i have to do is mount the trolling motor and put in my genny and i am ready to go. Depending on the weather i might go out this weekend even tho the water will be really dirty. I need to get out im dieing to go.

They are on homemade brackets. I bought some one inch square steel tubing and just welded a base plate on it and then a smaller plate on top which i secure the light itself to. They are 12 inches off the deck. If you want i can take some detailed pictures of them and put them up. Or just take pictures during the construction process cause i am making some for a friend of mine. Just let me know.

I vote for detailed pics.
It's always good to have pictures of the different mounting solutions people have come up with.

Looks great Bill. Can't wait to tear up the basin next month.

Well i made it out today and shot one. I saw quite a few but couldn't hit very many. I ran my outboard from Big Basin to Three Rivers and shot a couple different spots, but the water was clear for the most part. Shouldn't be long and i will be out under the lights fillin up my fish tub.
