Thanks for all the good info. I will have to decied what bow I like better so I can make it my main bow and use most likely the whisker biscuit with that bow.

How do the FishHook and the Wave rests work with the AMS slides? I want to go to a rest on my recurves because I think it will help my girls shoot better. They keep dropping the arrow off the bow.

Both should do fine. I used a brass roller with the slides for a long time.

All three of us use the ams wave rest and love it. Thoose things have taken some abuse and still work fine.

Yeppers. The arrow needs to be rotated so that the slide stop is on top, or at least high enough on the side to avoid contact. I'd go straight up with it.
