8' 2'' gar
The AimLow gator gar has left the building. It's back with it's owner Keith Riehn in MO.
We dragged it out of our house for the last time here in central IL and took it down to St. Louis. (we were down at the Hazelwood Cabela's for a bowfishing seminar) Anyhoo... here's the pictures of a well traveled fish. :) ![]() Loaded in my truck. ![]() Back with Keith. Sure got a lot of lookers and questions while we were in the parking lot. ("Is that real???") |
RE: 8' 2'' gar
sheeesh thats a big fish with a lot of teeth. I dont know if i would wanna go in the water with a monster like that swimming around. Are gator gar really active like say a baracuda or are they more of a ambush predator?

RE: 8' 2'' gar
I've never heard of a gator gar attacking a swimmer. Either they don't do it..... or they're really good at it and don't leave any witnesses. ;)

RE: 8' 2'' gar
At first glance I thought you had a make shift saddle on the back of the gar. Looks funny.
