I know that the lake is extremely high is the tournament still going to be on?

if the lake is as high as it looks acording to the website we are gona be shootin in the forest! if i am reading it correctly it is 20 ft above normal now and suposed to raise 5 more feet?

It's about 14 foot above normal pool right now. They're predicting it to crest at 16' over on Friday. We'll just about be able to pull our boats right up to the weigh in area.

It should make things interesting as always.

I just got a lake update from Brian that the carp and gar are up and active in the flooded areas. The lake is already clearing up near the dam. Thanks Brian!

Marty from Wolf Creek campground called me too to see if we're still coming. I told him we can handle a little extra water.

could someone please tell me why Airboats and Fans have a n advantage in a Big 25 shoot neverless when the lake is 15ft above summer pool ????

Also i beleive that a troller boat has been in the top 3 places in every tournament that has ever been held on this lake as well as others, even the national tournaments have been won time and time again without a fan or Airboat ....
