Hey i got some good news. I talked to Harry who owns three rivers marina and he said that there is acess to the pool we were shooting through his marina. He said people shoot it all the time. PM me if ya want the specifics.

I know where you're talking about Bill. You have to go under the bridge you cross on your way to the marina. That's the main reason I'm not putting rails on my platform. Chris couldn't get his boat under there. Neither could Kendall with the pontoon.

There's alot of carp in there, and you'd have to think there's alot of big buffs too. That whole pool is pretty shallow.

That same pool, accessible from parking area 2 at the south or the bridge by 3 Rivers at the north coughed up these fish last year when Fishpoint and I hit it for about 3 hours on Memorial Day weekend.
The biggest are bigmouth buffs, better known as blimps.

Well the fish are gettion close to the shore back there by lot 2. I went out there today with my buddy Brandan and walked the banks, we shot 8 commons and 10 buffs, with numerous pull offs. Here are some pictures.




Just a few pictures, we had a lot of fun. There are a lot of fish out there. I think i might get out there a couple more times prolly this weekend.

William, your 14' jon would do very well in there. The bobber tears that place up. Good shootin along the West bank where the shore is all but impassable.

We may even see some Asians in there soon.
I got the 2007 bigheads upstream from there, and Herpin says he's seen some inside the marina from shore, by the bridge. Haven't heard if he's connected with any yet, but it's worth keepin an eye open.
