Nonsense. Even if you weren't famous, you'd be invited to anything the club does, just like it's always been.
The difference is that with havinga second cast made, you won't have to deal with a dozen phone calls begging you to bring the thing with you when you come. :eek:I'd be one of those calls.

Your prized trophy stays at home safe and sound, while someone other than you totes around the display piece. All you gotta do is show up, and retell the story about 300 times. :D

We'd definitely want you at the shows Darin. If you're willing to bring the fish, that would be awesome.

I just worry about something happening to it. We've managed to keep the AimLow 8' 2" gator gar safe, but I get nervous about it.Tho' carrying the gar through the show floor is easier than we thought. People get out of the way. I guess it's because it's shaped like a ramrod... with teeth. :)

Thanks everyone for the Congrats, I really appreciate it..I will definately bring it to the ILL deer classic..I went out today for alittle while and found some carp, will go back tonite and see if we can get some more..
