Default Congrats Christine!

I sent a photo to Bulzeye of a doe I shot yesterday morning, and he replied with a picture of your buck. Congrats!!! Let's hear about it. The screen on my phone isn't good enough to tell anything except it looked like a lot of good eating.

Note to Bulzeye: Tomorrow's deer butchering party will have to wait. We were running a little low of venison burger, so I decided to debone and grind the whole deer. Sorry, but I do love those deer tacos.

Be afraid to ride with her after she shoots one - she's a multi-tasker. Good going Girl!

Congrats to you both.
Ah, meat in the freezer.

A good start to the season, and don't worry about postponing the butchering party. With any luck, we'll be cutting apart a doe for Bowman in the next couple of weeks.

BTW, for anyone who wants a better look at pictures in their phone, just send a Pix message to your own email. The attachedpic will be full resolution and full size. Even if you don't ha ve a cell phone package that includes messaging, I think they only charge about 5 or 10 cents per message.

Yeah, post SOMETHING!! We need pictures!!!!

Congratulations to both of you for the first of the season. I had a great opportunity to bring one home today also, but it was a yearling 6-pointer and I thought he'd look much better next year or the year after. I'm in a good spot, so I feel confident I'll be posting one here soon.

Christine, you should definetly get a Euro-mount of that one. Thosespikes look cool like that.

P.S.

Make sure you guys do a thorough tick-check when you get home. I just found one on me while I was typing the last post.

I can't post the pics myself. I really need to get some photo resizing software or a web-based photo storage thingy. We'll have to wait for the shooters to get them up here. (I can email them tomorrow night if they aren't posted yet.)

I think it looks like a devil-deer.
