From Carpbusters homepage, - "Our goal is to involve everyday sportsman and like minded people in the conservation fight by making exotic invasives removal popular, fun and science based."
That is really well worded. I like it.
You'd have to be a pretty nutty bowfisherman to disagree with such agood philosophy.

Good points.

One of my co-workers cut out the article and give it to me today and askedme if I knew the 'ambassador.'

I'm sure theauthor went away with a much greater understanding of the importance of what we are trying to do. Plus it's fun!!:D
Yep! He's a great ambassador for Bowfishing. Just remember, we're all ambassadors for bowfishing.

Excellent point!!!

We actually had club shirts with the logo put on the front. The back is blank.

Steve got the one made for me. [:@] (and then he chopped it all apart)

Some of the shirts say "Illinois Bowfishers" and others say www.Illinoisbowfishers.com

We do need to order more. We've sold around 40 shirts so far. [:-] Some going as far as Australia.

.... anyhow, that article is great and it's been very interesting talking with the various federal and state agencies.

Greg Conover of the US Fish & Wildlife Service sent me an email to ask us to watch for tagged bigheads and silver carp. "Be on the lookout for these fish with sutures on their
lower left side and hopefully with an orange spaghetti tag on their back."

My vote, since it's time to order more, is to put the full size logo and the website on both the front and back of the shirts. It shows up well in pics and we'd beeasily recognizeable from any direction at club events and shoots.

Busted. I wanted to get the logo in the picture, and I have been too lazy to order another shirt with the logo on the front. We did actually have some made up that way, I just haven't gotten one yet.
