Well made the long treck down to Shelbyville via by Paris lake. Paris lake sure looks promising but not today. The water was really stained from all the rain. Lots of weeds in the water and shallow flats. Next spring look out. We stayed long enough not to see any puff's or any fish. Loaded up and made the one hour drive back to shelbyville. Did not see half the fish we seen yesterday. I think the conditions were too good. No wind at all and full sun sign. Managed to only boat 10 fish. Then again we were only on the water 5 hours today. Have never seen this lake this calm. Of course there are no boats churning up the water now plus no wind it was great. But looks like you need a heavy chop for them to come up. Yesterday in the gale winds the fish were laying right up next to the bank. Today they were out deep and easy not to see. But as usual better than going to work.

Tyler, I feel your pain.
I did hear that you got a fair amount of boat driving time to make up for it. ;) I also heard you did a great job.
