Boy, I sure wish I could get those pictures to work for me.

In the center picture, the carp on the right is the one that had been shot before. Like I said, there was a hole in each gill plate that had healed up. I suppose it could have been a disease or something, but the fish seemed perfectly healthy, except for the hole. ;)

I was just amazed how hearty these fish are. The buffs on the other hand are quite squishy and almost tear in half if they put up a fight. Not very bright. You would think they'd ease up a bit.

OK guys, the weather looks less than perfect.
We may get lucky and have the severe stuff stay North of us, but there will certainly be some waves of rain coming through.

If it looks so bad that I'm not going, I'll post here by 5:00am.
Otherwise, follow the directions I PM you with.

P.S. There is shore fishing for those who care to stay dry and wading too, but if you're wading, protect your ankles with boots since it's a rocky bottom.
