We want to have a clubmeeting before the shoot begins. I hope all can make it. We'll try for about 9:30am.

The plaques for this are pretty cool.

Really.

But you can't see 'em yet. HA!

Well if that's not a guaranteed jinx, I don't know what is. Besides, I wouldn't want that 1st place plaque unless it was say, hand-made out of wood by some very excellent wood craftsman. ;)

Well, I see you guys have a problem right there. You're supposed to take prisoners. You take them off your arrows and toss them in the barrel.

;)

My plans for Saturday have changed so I'm trying to decide what to do with my time. I just hate the idea of missing out on some good ol' fashion fish pokin. Is the "wading" division of the tournament same rules and same times? How many people did that last year and how many fish were taken? I might at least try to makeit for the meeting, but convince me to bring my bow too!

*waves hand in Jedi mind-trick fashion*

Bring your bow...

You will bring your bow.

Here's a picture of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place plaques.

The big one has full-sized fish arrows, so it's pretty big. :)

(sorry for the crummy photo quality. Good camera croaked)

Those are awesome! Thanks Larry M. Beautiful work.

For those of you who can't make it to the Championship, just stop by the house next week and I'll show you how good the first place plaque looks on my wall. :D

Those are very nice!

Strangely last night I found myself packing my things for the shoot......I always fall for Jedi mind control.

Wish I had been there! Sorry Rob. I did got a bunch of work done on the house, and I got the boat flipped. It's going to be a push to have it ready for Evergreen. I fired my helper who had the trailer for the boat. So now I'm looking for a trailer again. Any kind of trailer would work. Might have to bring the old trihull instead.
