I need to know to get the tickets made up and somebody said something about registering with the county? what all should the tickets say? just name addy and phone #. should we have a stub? I see no reasons to have a stub but i may be a legal thing? how much are they gona cost? $1, $5, $20?

I think we decided on a free drawing (for bowfishing trip(s) and DVDs) at the Classic.

I was just thinking about the tickets last night. I'd like to have them so that we can get the names/ph#/snail mail addy's and email addy's on them. Since it's a 'drawing' instead of a raffle, we don't need a permit or stubs.

We will have a raffle with a generator and a bow as a prize, but that raffle will run until the Carpbusters tourny. We will need some sort of raffle tickets with a stub for those. (and a permit.. which shouldn't be a problem)

Thanks for asking about this!

I think we could just print up 'drawing'tickets. All they would have to be is Name, Address, Phone, Email. In fact I'll volunteer to do that then we could just have a poster sized board with pictures and info on the trips. I'll ge the poster board also, but I'll need help with pictures. Who all are donating trips? I'll give one. Rob, Slim, Dave?
As far as raffle for the Bow and Gennerator are they going to be one raffle or separate? I am a big fan of $1 raffle tickets. I can sell them all day long to people who have no interest in what I'm raffling. $5 or higher and they have to want what you're raffling off.
How much would it cost to have 1000 tickets printed?

I will donate a trip in the southern half of the state or KY lk. I figure it would be easiest to just have the tickets photo copied and then cut out rather than printed. you would have 8-16 per page. I will bring lots of pics. I agree on the $1 tickets or maybee $2 with option for 6 for $5 or 3 for $5.

I made up about 700 drawing tickets last night. It will be interesting to see what kind of interest we get. I really can't wait to see the new Aim Low video...

Well, the raffle tickets made it just in time and we sold quite a few so far. We still have several to sell. PM me if you need some. If all our members sell a few, we'll be out in no time.
