To kill a big, buck you gotta hunt where they live and they live here!!!

We have been booked up for 2005 since March but have just acquired some great new properties!!!

Our club has 4000+/- acres in Illinois Golden Triangle in Pike and Adams counties. We have limited membership openings for 2005 for 7 day bowhunts, 3 day shotgun or 4 day muzzleloader hunts. Leases private to your group of 2-6 for the entire hunt. Generally, around 100+ acres per hunter is our minimum IE: a group of 4-6 will have exclusive hunting on 500-600 acres for their entire hunt. Reasonable accomodations ($25/ nite) are available in local motels, B&B's and we have some older but fully equipped mobile homes as well.

Bowhunts are $850 to $1000 for 7 days !!!!!

We are now booked for the early Shotgun season. Still have a few bowhunts in prime rut time left. We still also have a couple of muzzleloader spots.

The bad news:
There is a good chance, a very good chance, that the price for a NR archery license will go up $100 before they go on sale this year.

The good news:
Tags will be easier to get! This is due partly to the increase and also due to the fact that the same bill allowing the fee increase also raises the tag allocation from 15000 to 20000

OK, we promised an update, here it is! DNR now promises that procedures for NR archery tags will be pulished on their website on June 15.

We just acquired a Pike County property suitable for 4-5 hunters for the bow season and late shotgun season. This property has only been lightly hunted and produced a 190"+ buck three years ago!
