New Colorado Hunting Opportunities

We have just acquired a couple of new leases for this fall.

For firearm hunters we have 9000 acres in Unit 711 for trophy class mule deer hunts. This area is close to 100% draw plus we have landowner tags available if you do not draw a tag. The hunt will be for the 2nd and 3rd season. You can expect nearly 100% shot opportunity on 27” or better mule deer bucks. This hunt is priced at $3500.00 plus licenses and tags.

Our second lease is for archery hunts. We have 1000 acres available in Unit 71 at an elevation of 9500 ft. The property has 7 watering holes some large enough to support trout. A small herd of cattle summer on this parcel and keep the grasses growing and fresh for the wildlife. Elk and bear tags are over the counter and mule deer tags are on a draw with the application deadline at April 5th. Hunting dates are from Aug. 27, thru Sept. 25th. This is a seven day hunt for up to three species, Elk, mule deer, and bear. Priced at $3200.00 this is a deal. Licenses and tags are extra.

The outfitter will assist you with the licensing on either of these hunts.
Both hunts are fully guided with lodging, meals, guide service and trophy care. Transportation to and from the closes airport is included.
