Hunt the other Pike County. Pike county, Missouri. Just across the Mississippi from Pike County, IL. This is a large acreage of primitive river bottoms timber surrounded by grain fields that actually borders the banks of the Mississippi river.

Very low hunting pressure in this area do to all land being privately owned and the owner's family members do not hunt but a few days of the rifle season. Food plots are located throughout the property. This all means lots of high quality bucks. Last year all hunters took excellent bucks.

You are dealing with the land owner, not an outfitter. I'm looking for serious, trophy hunters who will appreciate a well managed property and will be repeat customers. This property is already booked until Thanksgiving. Late season hunts have been very successful in the past. The deer settle back into a normal routine and become more food oriented as the weather turns colder.
