I have approximately 250 acres that sits on the South Solomon River in Sheridan County KS. It also has a fresh spring creek that runs through it as well. It is about 1/4 mile from Sheridan State Lake. This place is absolutely full of deer and Turkey. The crops growing around it are corn and alfalfa at the moment. Easy access. Food and lodging is only about 15 minutes away both ways down the highway. Asking $20/acre with 2 hunters max. Am willing to do an annual contract for all seasons to the right person.
